- 35 hours working week

Main Responsibilities
- Preparation of Court Papers
- Clerical support to costs team
- Preparation of Part 8 proceedings
- Preparation of Detailed Assessment requests
- Service of bills of costs
- Preparation of court bundles
- Ensuring post received is placed on costs files
- Ensuring post out is sent correctly
- Carrying out data entry & reporting
- Assisting the team with their workload where required
Essential Skills And Experience
- Good general IT skills
- Good time management skills
- Work effectively within a team
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Able to work in an organised way, prioritising work appropriately
- Able to apply initiative and forward thinking.
- Flexible approach & keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a proactive and positive manner
Desirable Skills And Experience
- Legal and or Costs experience
