I'm working with a global consulting firm that's continuing to grow its Enterprise Operations Transformation practice and is looking to hire experienced Cost & Productivity Managers to support major Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) clients.
This is an opportunity to work with some of the UK's leading software, media and technology organisations, helping them deliver large-scale cost optimisation, operational transformation and productivity improvement programmes. You'll work directly with senior client stakeholders to solve complex commercial challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The Role
You'll lead workstreams across high-profile transformation programmes, combining financial analysis, stakeholder management and operational delivery to help clients improve performance and reduce costs.
You'll be involved in:
- Delivering cost optimisation and productivity improvement programmes across Technology, Media and Telecommunications clients
- Identifying cost reduction opportunities through financial analysis, benchmarking and business case development
- Working across areas including cloud, software licensing, engineering, product, marketing, procurement and corporate functions
- Managing senior client stakeholders and supporting the delivery of complex transformation programmes
- Leading project teams, coaching junior consultants and overseeing successful project delivery
- Supporting business development, proposal creation and client growth activities

What They're Looking For
- 6+ years' experience delivering cost optimisation, operational transformation or financial turnaround programmes
- Experience within Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Software or SaaS organisations
- Strong financial analysis skills with advanced Excel capability
- Experience developing business cases, financial models and executive-level presentations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior client leadership
- Previous consulting experience or experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement
