Anson McCade is working with a globally recognised consulting firm that is expanding its Technology & Media transformation practice. We are seeking experienced Senior Managers with a proven background in cost optimisation, operational transformation and consulting leadership.

This is a leadership role offering the opportunity to shape major transformation programmes for some of the world's leading software, technology and media organisations while playing a key role in developing both client relationships and internal capability.

The Role

As a Senior Manager you'll lead multiple client engagements simultaneously, managing multidisciplinary consulting teams while acting as a trusted advisor to senior client executives.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading large-scale cost optimisation programmes
  • Driving productivity and operational transformation initiatives
  • Developing strategic business cases and investment decisions
  • Financial modelling and commercial analysis
  • Programme governance and delivery oversight
  • Leading business development activities and supporting proposal development
  • Coaching and developing consulting teams
  • Building long-term relationships with C-suite stakeholders across technology, finance, procurement and operations

About You

You'll likely have:

  • 8-10+ years' experience within consulting or a major TMT organisation
  • Extensive experience leading cost transformation or operational improvement programmes
  • Strong knowledge of cost drivers across cloud, software, engineering, product, operations and corporate functions
  • Experience leading large consulting engagements and managing senior stakeholders
  • Excellent commercial awareness with demonstrable business development experience
  • Outstanding analytical, financial modelling and presentation skills
  • Previous experience mentoring and developing consulting teams
