Senior Manager – Cost & Productivity Transformation

Technology & Media | London | Hybrid

A leading global consulting firm is investing heavily in its Technology & Media transformation capability and is looking for experienced consultants to help clients deliver measurable cost reduction, productivity improvement, and margin growth.

This is not a strategy-only role. You will work closely with senior leaders across software, SaaS, digital platforms, media, gaming, and technology-enabled businesses to identify savings opportunities, build the transformation case, and stay involved through implementation and benefits realisation.

The team has an established book of work, strong senior sponsorship, and ambitious growth plans. It offers the pace and commercial focus of a value-creation environment, combined with the scale and client access of a major consultancy.

The Work

Depending on your level, you will lead workstreams or full engagements across areas such as:

  • Enterprise-wide cost optimisation and productivity programmes
  • Cost baselining, financial analysis, and scenario modelling
  • Cloud, software licensing, and technology cost reduction
  • Product and engineering productivity
  • Workforce optimisation and organisational redesign
  • Procurement, supplier, and third-party spend reduction
  • Application and platform rationalisation
  • Shared services, outsourcing, and operating-model transformation
  • Benefits tracking, governance, and value realisation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
