Cafe Supervisor

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

About the Role

This role profile is a guide to the work you will initially be required to undertake. It may be changed from time to time to incorporate changing circumstances, and you may be required to be flexible and perform other duties as required by your manager

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • To ensure you enforce, monitor and check health and safety and food safety – raising any issues to management as required.
  • To supervise, motivate, and train team with the appropriate skills to ensure consistently high standards of customer service and retail sales.
  • To ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to clients and customers, whilst ensuring maximum sales are achieved through promotional activity, product knowledge and upselling at every opportunity.
  • To lead shift in absence of unit management, opening and closing the store to the standard required.
  • To Train and coach all staff in delivering the unbeatable customer experience.
  • Deploy the team effectively according to the trading pattern of the unit and complete the daily shift checks.
  • Assist with ordering as required
  • Complete shift paperwork as requested.
