(Expectation that you will attend an office 2 days per week)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £75,000 Sheffield and up to £90,000 London
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week/flexible days and/or hours (Mon-Fri)
THE ROLE
In this role you will provide legal support across a range of funds-based transactions and wider legal matters within the Legal and Corporate Governance team. You will advise on investment structures, financial regulation and commercial matters, working with product teams, central functions and external legal advisers.

You will support transactions involving debt funds, venture capital funds, funds-of-funds, listed funds and other investment vehicles funded by public and private finance, helping manage legal advice, due diligence and transaction support, while contributing to practical, well-informed outcomes.
You must be able to demonstrate experience of advising on funds transactions, ideally in financial services, asset management, in-house legal or private practice. You will bring sound technical legal knowledge, good judgement and the ability to explain legal advice clearly to a range of stakeholders and be qualified to practise law in the UK.
