We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!

As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive European employment and labor law lawyer to join our growing global legal team. You will handle a broad range of European and global employment and labor law issues, including assisting with works council and trade union matters.

In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Counsel, Labor & Employment and partner closely with our People & Culture team and other stakeholders across our fast-moving and dynamic global operations. You will advise on day-to-day legal matters, disputes, litigation, projects, and transactions, contribute to devising and implementing our HR and employee relations strategies, and act as a champion for leveraging AI and other technologies to optimize our legal services.

What You’ll Do

Employment and Labor Law Advising

  • Provide strategic and day-to-day legal guidance on the full range of European and global labor and employment law matters to our People & Culture team and business leaders. This includes workplace investigations, disciplinary issues and performance management, and terminations, as well as litigation and employee relations issues.
  • Draft, negotiate, and advise on employment contracts, senior executive agreements, and other employment and engagement documentation, ensuring they adhere to country-specific legal requirements and anticipate the demands of our business.
  • Support and provide advice on the employment and labor aspects of mergers and acquisition and internal restructuring activity, including diligence, works council consultations, and integration under the EU Acquired Rights Directive and TUPE.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
