About the role
Location: Bath Mind Office, Central Bath
Hours: 15 hrs per week flexibly across 3, 4 or 5 days (term time only)
Salary: £8,200.99
Contract: Permanent
Role Responsibilities
- To provide comprehensive administrative and triage support to Bath Mind’s counselling and services, ensuring referrals are processed efficiently and individuals are supported to access the most appropriate service for their needs.
- The postholder will act as a key point of contact for clients, professionals and counsellors and will contribute to the effective day-to-day running of the service through excellent administration, communication and record keeping.
- To provide flexible support to the counsellors and counselling lead with the everyday running of the service.
- To support client allocations and enable the smooth running of the counselling service.
- To triage community based Riviam and Text service referrals.
