Our team of highly trained therapists specialises in helping clients address and resolve emotional and psychological issues, such as anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, fears, phobias, and various health conditions, using drug-free methods including counselling, hypnotherapy, EMDR and CBT. We pride ourselves on offering personalised therapy to identify and address the root causes of our clients’ challenges, empowering them to live their lives to the fullest. Dedicated to providing a compassionate and professional service, we serve clients from Fareham, Portsmouth, Southampton, and the surrounding areas in our professional offices in Fareham. We also offer online therapy and counselling to our worldwide clients online.

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Counsellors, Couples Counsellors, Hypnotherapists, CBT and EMDR Practitioners to join our practice in a hybrid contract role. Based in Fareham, this role offers the flexibility of combining in-person consultations at our Segensworth center with opportunities to work from home. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, providing personalised support to clients, maintaining detailed client records, and working collaboratively with the therapeutic team to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in delivering therapeutic techniques such as hypnotherapy, hypnoanalysis, counselling, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to tailor therapy plans to meet individual client needs and goals.
  • Confidentiality and sensitivity to client situations and challenges.
  • Proven experience in addressing issues such as anxiety, stress, phobias, trauma, addictions, and behavioral changes.
  • Relevant certifications and accreditations in EMDR, CBT, hypnotherapy, counselling, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and scheduling.
  • Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including both in-clinic and remote session formats.
  • Commitment to professional development and staying updated with advancements in therapeutic practices.
