The Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager we are seeking an experienced electrical wholesale salesperson to join the team at our Blackburn Branch - VIC. You will need to be customer service focused, open to learning and career minded.
Duties Include
- Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone
- Counter sales including customer development
- Follow up and providing notification of outstanding orders
- Maintaining a professional store presentation
- Assisting with receipt and dispatch of products
- Pick, Pack and delivery of orders to customers
- Stock management including purchasing / inventory management
- Raising quotations and quotation follow-up
- Comply with company & customer QHSE standards & policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement

Required Skills And Attributes
- Electrical wholesale experience desirable
- Sales Experience Preferably Within The Electrical Wholesale Industry
- Ability to build strong long lasting customer relationships
- Knowledge of electrical parts
- Competent PC skills
- Experience with Pronto desirable
- Professional personal presentation
- Customer Service experience
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow up
- Willing to learn new skills

- Full Driver’s licence
