About The Role
Kinaxia Bristol, part of the Kinaxia Group, is seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our busy and fast-paced transport operation based in Yate, Bristol.
With over 30 years of experience within the logistics sector, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team and is keen to contribute to our continued growth and success.
Shift Patterns & Pay Rates
- Monday to Friday, 18:00 - 02:30 - £14.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 13:00 - 21:30 - £13.51 per hour

As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, Your Duties Will Include
- Safely operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move palletised freight.
- Loading and unloading both single and double-deck trailers.
- Loading and unloading a variety of vehicles, including 3.5T, 7.5T, 18T, and 26T vehicles.
- Checking, scanning, and labelling inbound freight accurately.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Adhering to all company health and safety procedures and policies.
Essential Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence.
- Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT within a warehouse or transport environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
