Central Gloucester

£14.00 per hour

Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm

Temp to Perm Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy, fast-growing warehouse operation in Central Gloucester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and wants to become part of a growing team. The role is initially temporary, with a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right person.

The Role

You'll play an important part in keeping the warehouse running smoothly, safely and efficiently. Your day will be varied and will combine FLT driving with general warehouse duties.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
  • Moving and organising stock throughout the warehouse
  • Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Unloading morning deliveries and preparing stock for the day
  • Assisting with loading/unloading towards the end of the day
  • Putting stock away in the correct warehouse locations
  • Picking, moving and preparing stock as required
  • Supporting general warehouse activities during quieter FLT periods
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
  • Working closely with the wider warehouse team to ensure daily targets are achieved

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
