Location: Swavesey, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £15.50-16.00 P/H plus performance related bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm
Contract Type: Permanent
About the Role
Our client is a well-established and market-leading brand management and distribution business looking to recruit a permanent Bendi / Flexi Forklift Driver to support its busy warehouse operation.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company where you will play a key role in ensuring stock is handled safely, efficiently, and accurately within the warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving stock to and from storage locations
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch as required
- Carrying out stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Following all health and safety procedures and company policies
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required

Requirements
- Valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence or certification
- Previous experience operating a Counterbalance forklift in a warehouse environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety practices
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual approach to work
