Kinaxia Daventry is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join our warehouse team on a night shift basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a professional logistics operation where safety, teamwork and reliability are at the heart of everything we do.

About The Role
As a Counterbalance Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading pallets from vehicles
- Off-loading incoming goods into the warehouse
- Reviewing goods-in paperwork and checking collections
- Comparing notes and locations to ensure the correct items are selected for dispatch
- Unloading goods into storage locations
- Allocating pallets into warehouse racking safely and accurately
- Completing warehouse and stock location documentation
- Wrapping pallets ready for storage and distribution
- Maintaining safe working practices and excellent housekeeping standards
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- ✔ Valid UK/EU Forklift Truck Licence (Counterbalance)
- ✔ Previous experience operating a Forklift Truck within a warehouse environment
- ✔ Confident loading and unloading a variety of vehicle types
- ✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- ✔ Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
- ✔ Experience using scanning equipment
- ✔ Good IT literacy skills
- ✔ Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
