Role Description
The Country Business Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in your city, with a mix of online work and mostly travel within your country. This position is responsible for driving business growth within the country, including overseeing student recruitment, partnerships, and market development. Day-to-day tasks include managing relationships with agents and institutional partners, coordinating marketing and outreach initiatives, and monitoring enrolment targets and financial performance. The role also involves conducting market research, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring that operational activities align with the Academy’s quality standards and accreditation requirements. The Country Business Manager will collaborate closely with academic and administrative teams to support a positive learner experience and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or country management, ideally within education or international student recruitment.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and financial oversight to support growth and performance targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities with diverse stakeholders and partners.
- Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a hybrid environment with both independent and collaborative work.
- Familiarity with marketing and outreach activities, including digital channels and events, to promote the Academy’s programmes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field; a higher degree is an advantage.
- Understanding of the English language education sector and international student markets is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a multicultural environment and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
