REPORTS TO: Director EMEA

On behalf of a large and well-known globally integrated professional services and facilities firm, we are searching for a commercially astute Country CEO to take full leadership of their UK division. Generating nine-figure revenues, the UK business is an integral part of the firm’s international operations and ambitions.

MISSION

Stepping into this pivotal leadership role, you will take full P&L accountability for the UK region. Leading a high-performing team, you will be the driving force behind the country’s commercial strategy, operational excellence, and cultural alignment with the global firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Country CEO, your primary focus areas will include:

  • Driving sustainable, profitable growth and expanding market share across the UK.
  • Leading, empowering, and scaling a diverse workforce of high-performing professionals.
  • Fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Acting as the senior ambassador for the firm to key stakeholders, major clients, and the global executive board.

REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a visionary and commercially astute executive with a proven track record of leading large-scale operations including transformations within the professional services sector. You must possess the strategic agility to navigate a complex, global matrix organisation while delivering outstanding localised results.

The successful candidate will bring:

  • Extensive executive leadership experience (CEO, Managing Partner, or MD) within a complex professional services, facilities management and/or consulting environment.
  • A demonstrable history of managing a significant P&L and steering businesses through strategic growth phases.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence both key clients and global leadership.
  • A progressive approach to talent management, digital transformation, and modernising service delivery.
