Country Director – Insurance & Actuarial Recruitment
UK-based (Hybrid) - Can be based in London, Manchester or other cities where you can grow a team.
A ground-floor leadership opportunity for an experienced actuarial or insurance recruitment Director ready to build and lead a UK market entry, backed by the capital, brand and infrastructure of one of Ireland's most acquisitive talent groups.
The Opportunity
Our client is the only dedicated actuarial and insurance recruitment specialist in Ireland, with over a decade of market presence and an established client book. They're now looking for the right person to lead their expansion into the UK, a genuine greenfield brief with full autonomy & capital to build the team, brand and client base from the ground up.

The Role
- Own the commercial strategy for actuarial & insurance recruitment across the UK & Ireland
- Lead the launch and build-out of the UK presence, brand, team, client base
- Build relationships with insurance and financial-services clients across the UK
- Hire, mentor and lead a growing team of specialist consultants
- Own P&L, budgets, KPIs and forecasting for the UK & Ireland practice
- Represent the business as a thought leader with industry bodies
