Job Description

We're hiring for a Country Lead for Scotland to provide senior operational leadership across our practices in the region. In this role, you'll lead our Practice Managers to deliver outstanding patient care, commercial performance, colleague engagement and regulatory compliance.

The role combines operational excellence with strategic influence, ensuring national priorities are delivered consistently whilst recognising the unique commercial, regulatory and competitive landscape within Scotland.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

We welcome your application to this vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Multi-site leadership experience within a consumer or healthcare environment
  • Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for delivering financial performance
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead through organisational change
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to convert insight into action
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • High levels of resilience, credibility and professional judgement
  • Ability to operate autonomously whilst working collaboratively across functions

This Country Manager role is field-based, with regular travel to the practices across Scotland.
