Country Manager Location: South East Reporting to: European Managing Director
A great opportunity for a commercially minded leader to join a growing heating company and help shape its next stage of growth.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead and grow the business across the UK. This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for the overall performance of the country operation, including commercial strategy, P&L, sales, operations, and team leadership.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the heating/HVAC market, with the commercial experience and leadership capability to develop existing business while identifying and delivering new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the country P&L, revenue, and profitability.
- Develop and execute the country strategy in line with wider Group objectives.
- Lead and develop the sales and commercial strategy across the market.
- Grow relationships with key customers, distributors, contractors, OEMs, and other strategic partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to increase market share.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the country team, including sales, operations, and commercial functions.
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Work closely with regional and Group leadership to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, legislation, and changes within the heating sector.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement across the business and identify opportunities to improve margins and efficiency.
- Represent the business at senior customer, industry, and commercial meetings.

- Senior leadership experience within heating or HVAC.
- Proven experience managing a country, business unit, and significant P&L.
- Strong commercial and sales leadership background.
- Demonstrable experience of growing revenue and developing new business.
- Experience managing and developing senior teams.
- Strong understanding of the heating market and relevant routes to market.
- Commercially minded with strong financial and strategic understanding.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating autonomously while working closely with a wider international Group.
