Your name on the entity. Your signature on the filings. Your neck on the line.
You'll be the legal face of an entire country operation.
A scaling, heavily regulated international business is live and trading in the UK, and they need one person to lead the subsidiary and own it end to end.
Your Mission
Your mission is to keep the entity lawful, compliant and properly represented, and to be the person the authorities, banks and regulators deal with directly.
- Represent the subsidiary before public authorities, regulators, courts and banks - the serious stuff.
- Own the statutory filings, licences, corporate records and registrations - the boring but important stuff.
- Run local AML, data protection and regulatory compliance, coordinate inspections and legal matters, and oversee the asset control process end to end, the receipt, verification, custody and transfer of the assets - finally, the fun stuff!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
