The Opportunity
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Country Manager to lead the growth and expansion of the UK & Ireland market.
This role combines strategic market development with highly hands-on customer engagement. The successful candidate will work directly with interventional cardiologists, Cath Lab teams, clinical stakeholders, and distributor partners to accelerate adoption of innovative coronary technologies.
Unlike larger corporate environments, this position requires a proactive individual who enjoys building businesses, creating opportunities, and driving commercial success through personal involvement in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial development of the UK & Ireland business
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with interventional cardiologists and key healthcare stakeholders
- Support product adoption through direct engagement in Cath Labs and clinical environments
- Partner closely with distributor organisations to maximise commercial performance
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic accounts
- Drive market access and account development initiatives
- Deliver product training, education programmes, and clinical support
- Develop territory and account plans to accelerate revenue growth
- Gather market intelligence and competitive insights
- Represent the company at congresses, workshops, and industry events
- Collaborate closely with European and global leadership teams

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years' experience within interventional cardiology medical device sales
- Strong understanding of PCI, coronary intervention, and Cath Lab environments
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and market expansion
- Experience working directly with interventional cardiologists and hospital stakeholders
- Strong business development and account management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results
- Comfortable operating within a growth-stage or entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker who remains highly hands-on in the field
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK & Ireland
- Fluent English language skills
