WE’RE HIRING – UK COUNTRY MANAGER
Direct Selling | Network Development | Field Leadership
We are looking for an experienced UK Country Manager to lead and accelerate our development in the United Kingdom.
This is not a traditional Country Manager position. We are looking for someone with strong and proven experience in Direct Selling / Network Marketing, capable of developing the market from both a strategic and field perspective.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the UK growth strategy
- Recruit and develop experienced leaders and network professionals
- Build, grow and support the distributor network
- Create effective recruitment and duplication strategies
- Deliver training, presentations and leadership development programs
- Work directly with leaders and teams in the field
- Organise and support meetings, opportunity presentations and major events
- Identify new areas and opportunities for network expansion
- Analyse market performance and implement actions to accelerate growth
- Build a strong and sustainable UK organisation

Who we are looking for:
Proven experience in Direct Selling, Network Marketing or MLM is essential.
Experience within wellness, nutrition, beauty, cosmetics or personal care will be considered a strong advantage.

We are particularly interested in professionals who have previously worked as Country Manager, National Sales Manager, Sales Director, Field Development Manager or Network Development Manager within an established Direct Selling company.
The ideal candidate combines strategy with field presence: someone who knows how to recruit leaders, train teams, create momentum and turn a market strategy into measurable growth.
