We’re strengthening our presence across Spain to lead growth and performance in the local market. This is a strategic and execution-focused role where you'll be fully responsible for market development, performance, and compliance.
Market: Spain
Type: On-site
Location: Candidates are required to be relocated and work on-site from Valencia
What you’ll do:
- Own the P&L for Spain and define a clear roadmap for sustainable growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and player behavior to shape the local strategy.
- Drive local performance across acquisition, retention, and product positioning in close cooperation with CRM, Content, Product, Affiliation, and Compliance teams.
- Localize global campaigns and ensure they are relevant for the local audience and aligned with business goals.
- Develop and execute local promotional, bonus, and retention strategies for both casino and sports.
- Monitor key KPIs, budgets, and forecasts; prepare regular performance reports and turn insights into action.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and manage relationships with local authorities and key market stakeholders.
- Lead local projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to secure smooth execution and strong brand visibility across channels

What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years in iGaming (casino or sports betting).
- At least 2 years as a Country Manager for the Spanish Market within iGaming
- Deep understanding of Spanish customer behavior, cultural specifics, and regulatory framework.
- Strong understanding of acquisition channels, CRM, promotional strategy, and product-market fit in Spain.
- Spanish - mother tongue and fluent English.
