About the Role

As Country Manager UK, you will develop and implement the overall country strategy which will align business profitability with rental, sales and service customers. You will communicate business improvement opportunities with internal and external customers, selling both capacity and capability to meet needs and in turn increase repeat business at profitable levels. As Country Manager UK, you will develop efficient sales strategies to ensure the business meets the financial commitments in terms of revenue and profit at minimal costs without compromising quality or safety. You will drive continuous improvement and optimisation of all processes and oversee all daily operations of the location ensuring policies and procedures are followed. As Country Manager you will provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the country and will harness a working environment which encourages teamwork, accountability and an engaged workforce.
