GO4IT SOLUTIONS is a Spanish technology company specialising in proprietary solutions for legacy application modernisation and automated software testing. We are expanding into the UK and are looking for an experienced Country Manager with a strong enterprise IT sales background to build our business in the market.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role. Your initial priority will be business development and sales, with the opportunity to progressively build and lead GO4IT SOLUTIONS' UK operation.
Our target customers are large organisations with business-critical legacy systems. We focus on complex transformation programmes, with target opportunities typically worth £500,000+.
Our initial focus will include the modernisation and migration of Visual Basic 6 (VB6) applications, particularly within financial services, the public sector and other large organisations with significant legacy technology estates.
Your mission
Your goal will be simple: open the UK market and win strategic enterprise customers. You will:
- Lead business development and enterprise sales in the UK.
- Define and execute our UK go-to-market strategy.
- Identify organisations with significant legacy modernisation needs.
- Use your existing professional network to generate early opportunities.
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Transformation Directors and other senior decision-makers.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities.
- Lead the commercial side of complex sales cycles from first contact to contract signature.
- Work closely with our technical team on discovery, solution definition and proposals.
- Develop relationships with technology and consulting partners.
- Represent GO4IT SOLUTIONS in the UK enterprise technology ecosystem.
- Help build and ultimately lead our future UK organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who we are looking for
Previous experience in B2B enterprise IT sales is essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who are already well connected to the UK enterprise market. You should have:
- Significant experience selling IT services, enterprise software, consulting or technology solutions.
- A proven track record of winning new enterprise customers.
- An established network of senior decision-makers within large UK organisations.
- Experience generating new opportunities rather than simply managing existing accounts.
- Experience managing complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- The ability to communicate the business value of complex technology solutions.
- A high degree of autonomy and commercial initiative.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to build a business.
Experience selling into banking, insurance or financial services will be particularly valuable. Experience within the UK public sector will also be highly valued. Previous experience in legacy modernisation or VB6 migration is an advantage, but not required. Our technical specialists will support you throughout the sales process.

Working model
This is a remote-first position within the UK. There is currently no requirement to work from a GO4IT SOLUTIONS office. You can be based anywhere in the UK, provided you are comfortable travelling to meet customers, partners and attend relevant industry events. You will work directly with GO4IT SOLUTIONS' management and technical teams in Spain.
What we offer
- A competitive fixed salary.
- Significant uncapped sales commission.
- Remote-first working.
- High autonomy and direct access to company leadership.
- Proprietary technology and a specialist technical team supporting you throughout the sales process.
- The opportunity to build the UK business from the ground up.
- A clear path towards becoming the executive responsible for GO4IT SOLUTIONS in the UK.
This is not a role for someone looking to inherit an existing sales territory. We are looking for someone who has already built a career selling technology to large organisations and now wants to use that experience, network and commercial ability to build and ultimately lead a new business.
If you know the UK enterprise IT market, can open the right doors and are excited by the opportunity to build something from the beginning, we would like to hear from you.
