About Insait

Insait is redefining how financial institutions engage with their customers using AI.

Our conversational AI platform transforms complex financial journeys into seamless, guided experiences across both chat and voice.

We enable banks, lenders, insurance companies, and fintech platforms to improve conversion rates, reduce operational costs, and deliver superior customer experiences across onboarding, KYC, lending, payments, and servicing journeys.

Our platform combines deep financial services expertise with advanced AI capabilities, allowing organizations to deploy intelligent agents that guide users step-by-step through critical processes.

With a growing base of enterprise clients globally and strong traction across multiple regions, Insait is now entering a key phase of international expansion, building dedicated regional teams across EMEA and APAC.

The Role

We are looking for a senior Country Manager to build and lead Insait’s presence in your region.

This is a true builder role, combining enterprise sales execution with regional leadership responsibility.

You will be responsible for establishing the market, winning initial flagship customers, defining the go-to-market motion, and building the foundation for long-term growth. This role requires a strong hunter mentality, combined with the ability to think strategically and operate independently in an early-stage regional setup.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
