Remote UK | Base Salary + Strong commission earnings
Take ownership of the UK market with the autonomy to shape how you work, how you do business and where you take your career, backed by an established international specialist team.
This is an opportunity for an experienced R&D Tax sales professional to take full ownership of growing the UK market. You’ll have the freedom and autonomy to build your own pipeline, backed by a strong technical team, an established reputation and an international group with over a decade of experience in R&D Tax and Innovation Incentives.
Your focus will be on building long-term relationships with referral partners across accountancy and tax firms, advisers and professional networks, alongside generating your own direct pipeline. You’ll work closely with the technical team and have the support of an in-house sales function, giving you the backing to develop opportunities while retaining genuine influence over how the UK commercial function grows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
