Country Sales Manager – Offshore Wind & Subsea Protection (UK
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is an established international offshore engineering company. It delivers subsea asset-protection and stabilisation solutions to the offshore wind, oil & gas and marine-construction sectors. Its portfolio covers foundation and structural grouting, cable and pipeline protection, scour protection, and the specialist offshore equipment and engineering to deliver them. To grow in the UK – one of the world's largest offshore wind markets – it is appointing a Country Sales Manager.
THE ROLE
Remote, UK-based. You own the UK market end to end: build the pipeline, win the tenders, and turn relationships with developers, EPC/T&I contractors and cable installers into signed contracts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the UK sales strategy, revenue targets and pipeline for offshore wind and subsea projects
- Win new business with offshore wind developers, OEMs, EPC/T&I contractors, cable installers and O&M operators
- Track the UK project pipeline (CfD allocation rounds, ScotWind, Celtic Sea, extensions and repowering) and position early at pre-FEED/FEED stage
- Lead tenders end to end: technical-commercial proposals, pricing input, negotiation and contract close
- Work with engineering and operations teams to shape solutions – foundation grouting, scour protection, cable and pipeline stabilisation
- Represent the company at key industry events and client technical meetings
- Keep CRM data, forecasts and monthly market reports accurate for senior leadership
- Build long-term key accounts and repeat business

WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years B2B sales or business development in offshore wind, subsea, marine construction or offshore oil & gas
- Proven record of closing high-value project contracts with developers or Tier-1 contractors
- Strong network across UK offshore wind developers, EPC/T&I contractors and cable installers
- Technical understanding of foundations, cable installation, scour protection or subsea construction
- Strong tender, proposal and contract negotiation skills
- Degree in Engineering, Marine/Offshore Technology or Business (engineering preferred)
- Right to work in the UK; willing to travel across the UK and Europe
