DUCO Ventilation & Sun Control is a fast-growing Belgian manufacturer and family-owned business with a strong focus on health, comfort, and energy efficiency. Through continuous innovation, DUCO has grown into a leading European player in ventilation and solar shading solutions, employing more than 250 people across Europe.
DUCO operates through two Business Units:
- Façade: natural façade ventilation and solar shading solutions for residential and non-residential buildings.
- Installation: advanced ventilation systems for residential new-built and renovation markets, incorporating intelligent controls, sensors, and smart zoning technologies to create healthy and comfortable indoor environments.
As part of our continued international growth, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Country Manager UK (BU Installation), to lead and further expand our presence in the United Kingdom.
Your Role
As Country Manager UK (BU Installation), you will have full responsibility for the sales performance and market development of the UK market, one of DUCO's strategic growth regions. You will be responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy that will further strengthen DUCO's market position and accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing the commercial strategy for the UK market.
- Managing, coaching, and inspiring the UK sales team.
- Expanding and optimising our distribution network and market coverage.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, installers, consultants, developers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Identifying market opportunities, competitive developments, and emerging trends to support business growth.
- Providing valuable market insights and customer feedback to contribute to product development and innovation.
- Working closely with Marketing to develop and implement effective commercial and lead-generation initiatives.
- Collaborating with colleagues across Europe to share best practices and support international growth initiatives.
- Reporting directly to the Export Director (BU Installation).
Your Profile
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- At least 10 years of commercial experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and channel management.
- Strong people management and communication skills.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
- Solid market knowledge within the construction, building services, HVAC, ventilation, or related sectors.
- Experience developing and executing business plans and growth strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales management.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the UK and to DUCO headquarters in Belgium for strategic meetings, training, and collaboration.
