Renon Power is expanding its local sales presence in UK to meet the growing demand for renewable energy storage solutions. We are seeking a passionate County Sales Manager to join our international team. This position will be based in UK with a remote work setup, and the candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales operations in UK.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Explore and develop local market opportunities in UK for residential, commercial & industrial (C&I), and distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, EPCs, installers, and key clients within UK to grow Renon’s market presence.
- Conduct regular customer visits in UK and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide front-end product explanations and work closely with technical teams to ensure the best customer solutions.
- Assist in marketing activities, exhibitions, and local promotion initiatives specific to the UK market.
- Report directly to Sales VP and collaborate with internal departments to drive the sales process forward.

🎯 We are looking for:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in the renewable energy, battery storage, or solar industry.
- Strong ability to build relationships and develop business opportunities in UK.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to sales.
- Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets.
