Coupa Consultant Architect

As a Coupa Consultant Architect, you will work under the direction of the Solution Architect in the design, implementation, and management of Coupa environments. While the Solution Architect sets the overarching technical strategy and integration architecture, you will be the engine of the implementation - collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their day-to-day business needs and executing tailored technical configurations. By bringing exceptional communication skills and platform expertise, you will support our clients in enhancing their technology capabilities and ensure successful project outcomes.

We welcome applications from candidates based in the UK. Please note that this role requires occasional travel to client sites, as well as some flexibility to accommodate international working time zones on occasion. Candidates must possess existing right to work in the UK, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for foreign nationals for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Configuration: Work under the direction of the Solution Architect to execute the technical design, configuration, and deployment of Coupa into client environments, ensuring optimal performance.
  • End-to-End Implementation Support: Play a key role in the client life cycle by supporting the Solution Architect with project management delivery and embedding the Coupa platform within the client's operations.
  • Solution Design Execution: Assist in mapping business processes to best-practice solutions. Transform business process requirements into functional options, providing clear guidance for clients based on the defined architecture.
  • Client Engagement: Co-facilitate workshops and design review sessions alongside the Solution Architect to maintain alignment between client expectations and technical delivery.
  • Platform Expertise: Bring hands-on expertise in all aspects of implementation, from foundational setup and core configuration components to supporting supplier enablement activities.
  • Integration Support: Handle the management and deployment of standard integrations (such as CSV, SFTP, and basic APIs) to support the Solution Architect's broader, complex ERP integration strategy.
  • Multi-Client Management: Confidently manage busy workloads across a multi-client environment, ensuring delivery aligns with the project tools and time-bound plans (e.g., Gantt charts, RAID logs) maintained by project leadership.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship: Mentor and train wider team members on technical configuration and best practices.
  • Training & Enablement: Support the creation of implementation templates, training materials, and presentations.
  • Sales Support: Support the Solution Architect with pre-sales discovery, scoping, and the creation of proposals for prospective clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
