We are looking for an experienced Courier Exchange Manager to join our logistics team.
🕐 Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Pakistan Time)
📍 Location: Remote | Pakistan
💼 Employment: Full-Time
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills — written & verbal
- Previous experience with Courier Exchange (CX)
- Experience in logistics/courier operations
- Managing and monitoring jobs on Courier Exchange
- Communicating with customers, drivers, and transport companies
- Handling job bookings, updates, PODs, and queries
- Ability to negotiate job rates and manage loads
- Good knowledge of UK logistics and courier operations
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
- Good computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and Excel
