About The Post

One full time and permanent position and one full time and fixed term position (until February 2027). Both positions working 35 hours per week.

The Course Administrator role includes a wide range of administrative responsibilities in support of a portfolio of designated taught courses and subjects. Successful candidates will provide a professional and efficient information and advice service for students, maintaining accurate student profiles using the University’s student record system. There is a lot of contact with students and liaison with external agencies. They will participate in the administration of a wide range of registration and assessment activities, including working closely with academic staff to support them and our students.

Candidate Requirements

  • Good educational background coupled with administrative experience
  • Highly IT literate with excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Customer focused with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask, organise and prioritise their own workload
  • Exercise initiative and work well under pressure
