Job Description

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post will not qualify for university sponsorship for new applicants to the Skilled Worker visa route. You must have the right to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive colleague to join our Academic Services Team within Leeds School of Arts as a Course Administrator.

  • Role Overview:

    • Provide high-quality, proactive administrative support for course administration.
    • Act as a key point of contact for students.
    • Work closely with academic colleagues to support the student experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the administration associated with professional, statutory and regulatory body requirements.
    • Require strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage detailed processes accurately.
    • Provide guidance and information on a range of course and administration activities to staff, students, and key stakeholders.

  • Required Skills and Experience:

    • Excellent communication, organisation, and administration skills.
    • Great attention to detail.
    • Experience with using IT packages.
    • Ability to manage information and data and support meetings.
  • Additional Duties:

    • Support wider administrative duties within the School.
    • Work within an experienced administration team.
    • Work closely with academic colleagues and professional services teams across the university.
