About the Role
We’re looking to recruit a Course Advisor who is passionate about delivering growth and overachieving targets, by recruiting students globally for Falmouth University’s growing number of degree courses. Working alongside marketing and admissions colleagues to manage the sales pipeline, the position will play a key role in supporting our international and domestic student recruitment activity at Falmouth University and allow us to achieve our ambitious targets.
The role’s main focus is on undertaking conversion activity by telephone, email, and other platforms with prospective students to maximise enrolments for our online courses, who have made an enquiry about a programme of study with Falmouth.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate for this role will need to be a sales-oriented, proactive, and hard-working person who actively plays their part in continuing to make Falmouth University a great place to work. It's a fast-paced environment; we are looking for people who have the energy and agility to achieve our ambitious plans. Alongside these core qualities, you’ll be self-motivated, keen to learn, and have a solid knowledge of managing a sales pipeline using a CRM system.

Skills/Experience Required
- Recent and relevant proven inside sales recruitment experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, ideally in a commercial education environment.
- Working knowledge of CRM and associated processes.
- Proven ability to drive targets/processes from plan to close.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of a product and/or services portfolio and position them against competitors.
Job Details
This is a fixed-term maternity cover for 12 months, full-time, 35 hours per week position. The role is hybrid and will require both working from home and on-campus presence usually 2 days per week.

- Interviews to be held week commencing 21 September 2026. Please be advised that the interview will be in person - we cannot accommodate a Teams interview.
