We are driven by our passionate belief in the transformational power of education and research to enable and empower our students, colleagues and partners and to improve the world around them. Our people are key to our success, and each role contributes to the Group’s ongoing progress in communities around the world.

Coventry University’s National Institute of Teaching & Education (NITE) is a global provider of postgraduate and undergraduate degrees, training and professional development for teaching assistants, teachers and school/college leaders. Our courses innovate in their flexibility and blend online delivery with school-based practice and a highly regarded tutorial programme.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the development of future teachers and inclusive practitioners while working within NITE (The National Institute of Teaching and Education), part of the Coventry University Group.

You will play a key role in developing and embedding inclusive practice across programmes, supporting trainees to build the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to meet the needs of all learners. You will contribute to curriculum design, quality assurance, and the ongoing development of SEND provision in line with current legislation, research, and national priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
