Schedule and location
- Lecture: Raymond R4-047, Friday 8:35 a.m.-11:25 a.m.
- Lab: Macdonald-Stewart MSB-031, Wednesday 10:05 a.m.-12:55 p.m.
Note: The McGill exam sessions take place over two weeks after the end of classes, and Course Lecturers are expected to be available on the day of a scheduled final exam and are required to grade final exams as part of their contract.
Teaching Qualification Requirements
Education
- Doctoral degree in Food Chemistry, Food Science, or Food Microbiology.
Experience
- Familiarity with the course/have taught the course previously
- Five years of teaching or industry experience

- The course is taught in-person
- Virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, WebEx) and the McGill MyCourses learning management system.
- Training and assistance on remote teaching is available through Teaching and Learning Services (TLS).
