What You'll Be Doing
As a Courses Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of our portfolio of technical and professional development courses. Supporting both in-person and online training, you'll oversee course administration from initial planning through to post-course evaluation, ensuring a seamless experience for trainers, delegates, and stakeholders.
- Working closely with the Courses Manager, Professional Skills team, Customer Services, Marketing colleagues, and external trainers
- Coordinating registrations, managing course communications, arranging logistics, maintaining accurate records, and monitoring course performance
- Supporting the continuous improvement of our training programmes through the analysis of feedback, reporting, and process enhancements

What We Hope You Can Bring to the Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive coordinator with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You'll have experience working in a customer-focused or administrative environment and be comfortable managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will be confident working with systems and data, able to maintain accurate records, produce reports, and identify opportunities for improvement. You'll be a collaborative team player who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and ensuring every course runs smoothly from start to finish.
A Little More About the Role
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of technical and professional development courses across both face-to-face and virtual learning environments.
- Manage course registrations and learner records using internal systems, working closely with Customer Services to ensure a smooth delegate journey.
- Maintain and update the central course calendar, ensuring trainers, managers, and support teams have accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with Marketing colleagues to support course promotion, including reviewing website content, templates, and course information.
- Coordinate course bookings, joining instructions, and customer communications, delivering a professional and responsive service.
- Build positive working relationships with customers, trainers, venues, and internal stakeholders, providing advice and support throughout the course lifecycle.
- Prepare, organise, and distribute trainer and delegate materials, ensuring accuracy through effective version control and attention to detail.
- Coordinate course logistics, including venue arrangements, training resources, and online learning platform administration.
- Support virtual course delivery by assisting trainers and delegates with technical queries and troubleshooting where required.
- Monitor learner feedback and course performance data, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced learner experiences.
- Produce regular reports and course statistics, supporting informed decision-making and operational improvements.
- Raise quotations, purchase order requests, and other administrative documentation to support the effective delivery of courses.

A Little More About What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a customer-focused, administrative, learning, training, or coordination role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, including a confident telephone manner and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Experience processing and maintaining accurate data, with confidence using systems to support administration, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while also managing responsibilities independently.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
- Experience of learning management systems, virtual training platforms, or Adobe Connect would be advantageous, but is not essential.
