The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor/Legal Executive to join a growing team. The team acts for clients who have obtained serious injuries as a result of personal injury and clinical negligence. The successful applicant will be sensitive and empathic, with at least 1 year's PQE as a Court of Protection Lawyer. You will demonstrate a flexible, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop as part of a close-knit team. You should also be keen to grasp the opportunity to work with like-minded individuals within the department and undertake a diverse caseload of matters.
