Senior Associate Court of Protection – Manchester – Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits
A leading Legal 500 firm is seeking a Senior Associate Court of Protection in Manchester to join its growing and highly regarded team.
As a Senior Associate Court of Protection in Manchester, you’ll manage a high-value caseload of Property and Affairs matters while supporting the development of a strong and collaborative department. This role offers excellent progression, leadership responsibility and exposure to complex, high-quality work.
The Role
- Managing a caseload of high-value Court of Protection property and affairs matters
- Handling complex cases involving substantial settlements
- Supporting clients requiring ongoing financial management
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Working closely with senior colleagues on complex matters
- Delivering high standards of client care
- Managing deadlines and caseload efficiently
- Supporting team growth and development

The Candidate
- 6+ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive in Court of Protection
- Strong experience in Property and Affairs matters
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff desirable
- Proven technical expertise and ability to handle complex cases
- Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills
- Ambitious and driven with leadership potential
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Background within a high street or regional firm
