Court of Protection Solicitor – Cheshire – Up to £65,000 + Benefits
A leading Legal 500 firm is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor in Cheshire to join its growing specialist team.
As a Court of Protection Solicitor in Cheshire, you’ll manage a varied caseload while working closely with clients, families and professional networks in a supportive and highly regarded department. This role offers strong progression, high-quality work and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
The Role
- Managing a diverse caseload of Court of Protection matters
- Handling property and affairs applications
- Supporting high-value and complex cases
- Liaising with clients, families and professional advisers
- Working closely with senior colleagues
- Delivering high standards of client care
- Managing deadlines and caseload effectively
- Supporting business development activity

The Candidate
- 0–4 PQE Court of Protection Solicitor
- Private Client or Personal Injury experience desirable
- Strong technical ability and financial awareness
- Experience handling complex or high-value matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and time management
- Proactive and commercially aware approach
- Experience within a high street or regional firm
