Court of Protection Solicitor | Manchester | £70,000–£90,000+ DOE
Oculus are currently partnering with a highly regarded Top 25 UK law firm with multiple international offices to recruit a talented Court of Protection Solicitor to join its specialist team in Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a leading full-service law firm, advising vulnerable clients across the UK and handling a sophisticated caseload involving brain-injured and elderly individuals who lack capacity to manage their own property and financial affairs.
The Opportunity:
You'll provide specialist advice across a range of Court of Protection and deputyship matters, including:

- Providing a specialist deputyship service to brain-injured and elderly clients who lack capacity to manage their property and financial affairs
- Acting as a professional deputy and managing clients' property and financial affairs
- Advising individuals with capacity who wish to establish personal injury trusts
- Advising on structures designed to protect personal injury damages from means-testing
- Acting as a professional trustee where appropriate
Salary: £70,000–£90,000+ DOE
