Job: 1 - 3 PQE Court of Protection Solicitor Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE Location: London Working arrangement: Hybrid

A fantastic opportunity for a 1 - 3 PQE Court of Protection Solicitor to join a well-established team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in Property & Financial Affairs work to develop their technical expertise and work on a varied caseload within a supportive team.

The Role

  • Court of Protection Property & Financial Affairs work
  • Deputyship applications and ongoing deputyship matters
  • Managing financial affairs and assets for vulnerable clients
  • Estate and property management
  • Working with families, professionals and other stakeholders
  • Full responsibility for matters from instruction through to completion
  • Opportunity to develop technically and take on more complex matters

  • 1 - 3 PQE Solicitor with experience in Court of Protection Property & Financial Affairs
  • Strong organisational and client management skills
  • Comfortable managing a varied caseload independently
  • Good attention to detail and communication skills
  • Genuine interest in vulnerable client work
  • Keen to develop within a specialist Court of Protection team
