Job: 1 - 3 PQE Court of Protection Solicitor Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE Location: London Working arrangement: Hybrid
A fantastic opportunity for a 1 - 3 PQE Court of Protection Solicitor to join a well-established team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in Property & Financial Affairs work to develop their technical expertise and work on a varied caseload within a supportive team.
The Role
- Court of Protection Property & Financial Affairs work
- Deputyship applications and ongoing deputyship matters
- Managing financial affairs and assets for vulnerable clients
- Estate and property management
- Working with families, professionals and other stakeholders
- Full responsibility for matters from instruction through to completion
- Opportunity to develop technically and take on more complex matters

The Ideal Candidate
- 1 - 3 PQE Solicitor with experience in Court of Protection Property & Financial Affairs
- Strong organisational and client management skills
- Comfortable managing a varied caseload independently
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
- Genuine interest in vulnerable client work
- Keen to develop within a specialist Court of Protection team
