The Firm

Anthony Gold is a boutique firm based in London Bridge and Streatham. Our Court of Protection team has extensive experience handling a wide range of complex Court of Protection cases. As a leading Legal 500 firm, we take pride in providing a high level of client care. Representing individuals, often vulnerable adults, in relation to their property, financial affairs, and health and welfare decisions under the Mental Capacity Act 2005, this role offers the opportunity to work on a range of complex matters, acting in the best interests of our clients, often liaising with families, carers, local authorities and healthcare professionals.

We are seeking two experienced and motivated Court of Protection Solicitors, with one based in our Streatham office and the other at our office in London Bridge. The successful candidates will be responsible for advising and representing clients in a range of complex legal matters. Many of our clients have ongoing personal injury or clinical negligence claims, which often result in multi-million-pound awards. This role demands strong analytical and financial skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
