Court of Protection Solicitor – Manchester – Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A leading Legal 500 firm is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor in Manchester to join its growing specialist team.

As a Court of Protection Solicitor in Manchester, you’ll handle a varied caseload while working closely with clients, families and professional networks in a highly supportive environment.

This role offers excellent progression, strong technical work and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

The Role

  • Managing a diverse Court of Protection caseload
  • Handling property and affairs matters
  • Supporting high-value and complex cases
  • Liaising with clients, families and professional advisers
  • Working closely with senior team members
  • Delivering high standards of client care
  • Managing deadlines and caseload efficiently
  • Supporting business development activity

The Candidate

  • 0–4 PQE Court of Protection Solicitor
  • Private Client or Personal Injury experience desirable
  • Strong technical ability and financial awareness
  • Experience working on complex or high-value matters
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and commercially aware approach
  • Experience within a high street or regional firm
