A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join its highly regarded and growing team in Basingstoke.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex and rewarding matters involving deputyships, personal injury trusts and the financial management of vulnerable clients, including individuals who have suffered catastrophic and life-changing injuries. The Role
- Manage a caseload of Property & Affairs Deputyships and Personal Injury Trusts
- Draft Court of Protection applications, witness statements and supporting documentation
- Work closely with clients, families, case managers and other professionals
- Assist with OPG reporting and annual review processes
- Contribute to team development, mentoring and supervision of junior colleagues
- Play an active role in business development and raising the profile of the practice

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with Court of Protection experience
- Suitable for Associate through to Senior Associate level
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex matters
- Experience advising vulnerable clients and their families
- Commercially aware with excellent client relationship skills
- Collaborative and ambitious, with an interest in helping grow a successful specialist practice
