Long-Term Teachers is supporting Primary Schools in Bath who are looking for Cover Teachers to join them for flexible cover.
The schools would ideally like someone to join them as soon as possible, on a flexible basis - working either full-time or part-time. The school consistently needs some support in various classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
The Role
The school is looking for someone flexible and willing to adapt to various classes. You must be completely confident in teaching across Primary year groups. You must be knowledgeable of the curriculum and intuitive as you will be delivering pre-planned lessons so need to be able to do so with ease.
Teaching qualifications are not necessarily essential but we do ideally need someone who has vast amounts of experience working in schools.

- Active supervision of work, giving students clear instructions to remain on task and responding to any queries
- Communicate effectively with students to keep them engaged in cover lessons
- Manage behaviour in line with school policies, promoting positive behaviour
- Display effective organizational and time management skills and the ability to be highly flexible in a busy school environment
- Work in conjunction with other staff members to get the best out of the students
- Report back to the teacher as and when required

Salary: 140 - 165 GBP Per day
