Randstad Education are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors for a range of roles across Merseyside and Cheshire. Opportunities range from day:to:day supply to long:term posts. Previous experience working in Education is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver lessons planned by the class teacher in their absence
  • Ensure that pupils stay focused and motivated during lessons
  • Manage behaviour in line with the schools behaviour management policy
  • Provide additional support with lunch and break duties where needed
  • Report any safeguarding concerns to the SENCo

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any subject
  • Previous experience working in Education or similar role
  • Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness)
