The Role
We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to join our team to assist with covering lessons for absent staff. The lessons will be planned and resources provided, your role would be to deliver the work and manage the class. We have well-behaved students and a clear and well-established behaviour policy that you would be trained in before covering lessons.

The successful candidate will be able to assist teaching and support staff with the smooth running of the school, establish good relationships with our students, and make an important contribution to our wider school life via co-curricular activities.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
- Drive and determination to ensure that Chilmington Green School is successful.
- Dedication to their own professional development.
