Cover Supervisor
Location: Hillingdon
Type: Full-time, Term-Time Only
Contract Duration: October 2026 - July 2027
Pay: £550-600 per week (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30
Are you a motivated graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience? We're seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join an Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary school in Hillingdon.
This role is perfect for anyone aspiring to build a career in education and seeking hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage classrooms in the absence of teachers, ensuring a productive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects.
- Maintain student engagement and discipline, promoting positive behaviour.
- Support students in their learning and development, preparing them for academic success.

What We're Looking For:
- A minimum 2:1 degree from a top UK university, preferably in a core subject (e.g., English, Maths, Science).
- Strong classroom presence and excellent communication abilities.
- Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is beneficial but not essential.
- A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
